Are your folks that try to return via the last location at login time arriving in the exact center of the Region/Parcel? This is the norm when a large region parcel has no LP set for it. <128,128,22> is the default LP when none is specified.

The use of the LM you issue will always cause them to arrive at the LP specification in it.

I'm not aware that the telehub server code is being supported/updated any longer. Back when it was, the default LP in a Region/Parcel was the local Telehub.
