How can i use my mouse to click on things while in mouselook?

I used to be able to interact with and click on things while in first person mouselook view, but for some reason, i am not able to, any way to fix this or enable it in the first place?

Either you're wearing an attachment or have clicked on a thing that's taking your keyboard controls or you've stepped on an ancient unresolved bug. Detach (or unsit) everything and if that doesn't fix the problem, read this...
