No voice heard or able to voice on Singularity, firewall set to allow SL voice, help!!

It's hard to say for sure, but Singularity hasn't been updated since early last year, so it is way out of date.  I wouldn't be surprised if many of its functions are starting to fail because they are not compatible with more recent server upgrades.  The best solution is to finally replace your XP with Win 7, 8.1, or 10.
