were do i get the update from it keeps coming to me but i dont know were it is or how to add it

If you're dealing with updates for a product that you bought somewhere, you'll have to contact the merchant/creator to find out what to do with them.  There's no way in the world anyone else will know.  Some well-made products will have an auto-update feature that sends and installs an update automatically.  Others require you to bring the original product back to an in-world location and put it into a vendor for exchange.  There are lots of different schemes.
