when I am on ctrlaltstudios I can not move at all

Have you tried using a different viewer?  CtrlAltStudio is based on Firestorm, with some extra features to support the Oculus Rift.  See if Firestorm works for you.  If so, then you'll know that it's your installation of CtrlAltStudio that is messed up and needs a CLEAN reinstall.
