By 'paid account' I assume you mean you are a Premium member and therefore entitled to use Live Chat.

if you did send a support case, be patient.

It won't help you get online anything sooner by keeping posting this in the forums.

 

If you tried logging in earlier, have a look at the status page, SL was having probles and some residents were not able to come online.
