Boat slips for rent located on the Coastal Waterway north of the Blake Sea. Located on the dock there is a free-to-play bowling lane available 24/7 for renters, friends, and visitors for those with an itch to bowl with a view!

Kazlov Marina North is a small community that offers seclusive private boat slips to rent in an exclusive Linden protected waterfront area.

The prim allowance for a boat (usually 32 prims), has a limit up to 35 prims.

Tenants become members of an exclusive group that will allow them to build in the marina.

Tenants are allowed to moor their boats only in their private berths.

Tenants are not allowed to rez objects other than the boats for their slip.
