this is the only relevant thing you mention... all other isn't, we are no inworldz, facebook or any other social platform you may use.

We're only residents here and can't do a lot for this kind of accountproblems

 

Be sure your firewall doesnt block anything on the viewer.

As premium member you can use live chat, and/or send in a ticket.
