But your question lacks significant information about the circumstances of your problem. What do you mean by "Firestorm block the sight"?

What happens when you start the viewer? How far do you come in the login process and what error message do you get? Also: What are the hardware details of your computer? Have you checked if it meets the minimum requirements? Is your internet connection stable? Have you made sure that your antivirus program don't block Second Life?

I hope that you are not still using Firestorm 4.7.1.  That version of Firestorm is now out of date and has been blocked automatically.  If you want to continue using Firestorm, you must download and install the current version, 4.7.5.  See http://www.firestormviewer.org/
