cant See whats on the TV ?

hey um so my friends cant see whats on my tv and im just wondering what i can do to help them its a Vea Tv and it works for me and my sister and my mom o_o but not for my daughter and my boyfriend and im not sure what to do  could somone please help me?

Do they have streaming media turned off by any chance? You can find it in your preferences (Ctrl-P) somewhere.
