Yes, but most of the ways take a lot of time, a lot of effort, or both.  It's much easier to just buy them.

You can get a job, most likely as a sex worker, but also as a club hostess/greeter or an estate manager or a store model.

You can offer a service.  For example, become a DJ or even a live performer.  The tips can be good, especially if you build a following.

You can learn to create things and then offer them for sale.

You can buy land and rent it out to other residents.
