I have 5 days unable to log in, how can I get help?

Select Account Issue and Viewer Log In Issues from the drop down boxes.  Explain in detail what is happening and give them your system information which you can find under Help menu > About Second Life.  Copy and paste what you see there in your ticket.

This type of error is often a connection issue. You can check your connection so you will know who to start asking for help.

...and... A good Internet connection does not meean you have a good connection to the SL servers.

There is another problem that happens a lot: Updating Friends List Fails

Also, be sure that, if you are using a third party viewer like Firestorm/Singularity/Black Dragon/etc. that you are having the same problem on the official SL viewer. LL won't even look at the problem unless it's happening with the official viewer.
