1/4/16 - Unable to Login. Do i file support ticket?

Not sure if this is a friend issue or not.. But unable to login.

Hangs at the "Logging in....." text and nothing more loads. Has happened in the past, and eventually it loads but takes a few dozen times of trying again and again.

Main account doesn't work, but alts work perfectly fine or some sort.

Would i still file a support ticket over this? Or what do i do?

Yes. Or if your account is premium, get into Live Chat and follow the instructions given by the representative after giving them as much details as possible about your problem.

wow, just now seeing this, I have been having the same problems the past few days or so and I posted on another forum where do I file a support ticket?
