Dream Seeker Estates is looking for new faces for our team as we venture into 2016. We are focusing on 10 PM - 6 AM time frames however we will certainly consider you if you fall just outside of this range. We are not looking for someone to adjust their normal schedule to fit. We are looking for both Sales and Customer Care.

Position Summary

As a Sales Agent, you would be the first person to contact a potential resident within Second Life who may be looking for a place to call home. Your primary job would be to locate a suitable location for a new tenant, explain the procedure and rules, and provide help necessary to ensuring the potential resident is as well informed as possible.

As a Customer Care Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to potential/current residents. A key priority includes resolving problems, issues, or other tasks that may arise. Troubleshooting skills are paramount to being a Customer Care agent. You must also have a technical aptitude in order to resolve issues as they arise. You must work well with a team and also independently, be reliable, self-motivated, have good work ethics and high integrity. Customer Care agents will be expected to process requests as they come in and be expected to be available and working between set hours.

Because we have so many residents, you will also need to be able to follow documentation, forms, and be able to correctly enter information so that you can properly use our systems.


Position Requirements


  • Minimum in-world experience of 6 months
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills. (Extra languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work as a team, follow directions, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Voice capable (microphone not required)
  • Have or willing to create a gmail address
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and appearance
  • Be Reliable



Sales wages are based on commission. We pay our sales agents quite well, but you get out what you put in. The ability to bring in extra clientele from outside sources will greatly increase your commission as well as our normal day to day visitors.

Customer Care wages are based on an hourly rate dependant on how many hours are allotted. This pay scales with your ability and your requirements.

This is not an average Club DJ or Hostess wage position. Our agents can very easily earn enough for a very comfortable living through our estate or substantially augment their real life income. These details can be discussed further if you get selected for an interview.
