Bonjour sylvia,

bon nombre de résidents rencontrent le même soucis depuis plusieurs jours :/

Comme sur cette autre Question, voir le conseil de Rolig : Essayez de vous connecter sur une région différente (comme Pooley ou Smith)

Si cela ne résoud pas le soucis il faudra sans doute envoyer un ticket au support, ou utiliser le "Live chat" si vous êtes membre Premium.
