Desperately seeking knowledgeable mesh head advisor

Hellllpppp...I am so frustrated.  I am currently using Maitreya Lara, with my shape, my skin and want to use the catwa jessica head I bought.  I have NO CLUE what goes where - I dont want to give up my current skin, but not sure what the deal is.
