I can not log in viwer say "updating friend list"

que tengo que hacer parapoder iniciar sesion visor conecta y cuando llega a "updating friend list" me saca e indica errores de coneccion

lo intente desde dos pc distintas en diferentes lugares y da mismo error

Esto ha estado sucediendo a mucha gente. Pensé Linden Lab habría resuelto el problema por ahora, pero ellos no tienen.

Seleccione "Problemas relacionados con la cuenta" desde la primera drop-down-botón. A continuación, seleccione "Problemas relacionados con el inicio de secion en el visor de Second Life". Rellena la información requerida y escriba "Login failed. Updating friends list." en el "¿Qué mensaje de error aparece?" caja.

Luego haga clic en "Enviar" y esperar lo mejor!

This has been happening to lots of people. I thought Linden Lab would have worked out the problem by now, but they haven't.

Select "Account Issue" from the first drop-down-button. Select "Second Life Viewer Login Issues" from the next drop-down-button. Fill in the required information and type "Login failed. Updating friends list." in the "What is the error message" box.

Then click "Submit" and hope for the best!
