Ignore where it says "Enter your first and last Second Life name" and, as the text box indicates, enter the name of your partner.

Make sure both of you have the L$10 it'll cost to get hitched.

Maddy left out the most important part:  NEVER send a Partner request unless you have asked your intended partner FIRST.  No one appreciates getting a proposal by email.
