I cannot access ANY viewer on ANY PC wth this Avatar, Name/ Password are OK. Can Log in with Alts

I can log in with my Alts but just not my main Avatar, logging into SL Web page is fine, so my name and password are not compromised.  

The message I get is 

Internal Server Error 

But it is only with the one Avatar.  Alts log in no problem.

I have also tried it on several PCs and Laptops and 4 different viewers.

This sounds like a problem for Linden techs but how do you contact them????

When you have trouble logging in with one av but not with alts, the problem can sometimes be traced to your inventory or to the complexity of your avatar. As you log in, the servers need to download your avatar appearance files and refresh the cached copy of your inventory. If you have a large inventory (more than 50K items, especially if they are in a few huge folders) or if you have a mesh avatar that has an immensely high number of vertices, the downloads can time out before they complete. You may be able to log in at a very low lag region (like Smith or Pooley) or by using a text only viewer like Radegast. When you finally log in successfully, you can reorganize your inventory or get rid of the overweight av, as appropriate.
