Hi Emily,

If you've recently obtained a Linden Home, you can go to it by selecting "My Land Holdings..." from the viewer's "World" menu. You'll find your home parcel in the listing. Click on it, then select "Teleport".

If you recently rented a home from a landlord somewhere, and have forgotten where it is, check your transaction history here...

Scan that history for a payment to another resident. That should give you the name of your landlord. Ask them (via IM) for a landmark to your apartment, or at least the region it's in.
