As of last night I can not log in it goes to updating friends list and then quiets. This is gettting fustrating. I can get into my account how do i open a ticket from there?

There are a lot of residents having this problem. Send in a ticket by help/support, because posting on forums doesn't help in hardware failures somewhere in the chain between LL and your PC,  you can get a lot of sympathy but that won't help.

nobody can help in this matter, you have to be patient till one or other company solves it at their end.
