How do I access the the markplace when Linden Labs changed my username to my avatar nickname?

Question

When I opted out from continuing my gold membership, A Linden Labs staff representative may have mistakenly changed something around or something else so now that the marketplace doesn't rocognize me and pops up with an Authorization Failure message. I noticed my Avatar nickname is recognized as instead of my Login name as what  Linden Labs name lists me as here on post messages. Somehow something makes me think the market places listed registered name may have been mixed up with the newer avatar nickname. ...but it's likely something they need to fix. How do I fix this without calling them? I hate long waits on a odd phone call for an odd avatar name that should be changed.

There is no gold membership, so I suspect that you mean that you have paid for a Premium membership. If so, you don't need to wait for a few days to get a response to a support case. You have already paid for Live Chat, so call them and ask for help. If you are no longer a Premium member, of course, you have no choice. Your only option is a support case.
