Everytime I install the viewer it pops up that i have to install media_plugin_cef. why? I really wanna give this game a try but it wont load without it

That plugin is new with the most recent download of the SL viewer. It should solve many longstanding problems for residents. It sounds like yours was either damaged or improperly installed, though. You should probably delete all traces of the current installation, including hidden files, and start fresh. You'll find detailed instructions in the Knowledge Base article on How to Install and Reinstall Second Life. Follow the tab at the top of this page.

I also have this problem. It finally told me to download the newest update. This fixed the problem.

I have the newest version of firestorm and I still see this error. I don't use the regular secondlife veiwer because the layout sucks in my opinion. I wish I had my old layout back.
