In after 28 days but I heard it I would be a LV1

I have no idea what you are asking. I'm going to guess that the "LV1" part of your message has something to do with levels, but there are no levels in Second Life. There are also no goals or badges or points to win. This is a social world with a complex economic system, somewhat like RL. You may pay for a Premium membership if you wish, but it doesn't give you a higher rank than the much larger number of Basic members, who pay no membership fee. It gives you access to some special areas in world and to some support services that Basic members do not have, that's all. 

If you want to provide extra information or need to clarify your question, click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT. Please do not start a new thread. Doing that makes it hard for us to see what other people have already suggested, and it pushes other residents' questions off the page.

I really have no clue what "28 days" is all about, so maybe you could explain that part.
