login failure - friends list failing to update

Seems a lot of people are having this problem...including me. I have tried multiple viewwers as well with no luck. Hopefully LL will get it fixed soon.

IM GETTING THE DESPITE OUR  BEST  EFFORTS ON EVERY VIEWER CACHE CLEAERD ECT, I SEE MY  FRIEND LIST HAS PEOPLE ONLINE  SO SERVERS NOT  DOWN I DOWNLOADED  THE NEW SL VIEWER THEY JUST POSTED, "VAHALLA" I THINK  IT IS  PROLLY SOME" MASSIVE LINDEN CHRISTMAS EVE DECEMBER 25TH 2015  MAC ADRESS BANNING GOING  DOWN." SOME LINDEN FELT IT IN THE HEART TO BAN THE CRAP OUT OF PEOPLE FOR NO REASON  AGAIN PROLLY. I PUT A TICKET IN LET'S SEE HOW LONG THEY TRY AND AVOID THE ANSWER  TO   WHY THEY ARE MASS BANNING PEOPLE AGAIN.

CANNOT GET IN.... asks, over and over... for me to sign in... then... NOTHING

Oola...try the following:

• Disconnect your internet modem/router from power.  Wait two minutes.  Reconnect it, let it boot back up.
• Try logging in.  If you still get the error,
• Try logging in to a different region.  Try Smith, Pooley, or Heckendorf.
