Hi Sarah,

Unfortunately, as residents like you, there's nothing we can do. Have your friend call LL again. If they answered once, they should answer again. Make sure LL has the correct e-mail address. If the account was hacked, it could have been changed. I don't think LL wants to lose the revenue for an entire sim, so they'll respond.
