It's two-stage process.  

First you have to sell your L$ for US$.   The proceeds are credited your you SL UD$ account and, provided you have at least US10, you can ask LL to send it to your PayPal account ("cash out")..

Note that LL charge a US$1 handling charge for all cash-outs, whatever the amount.   Since your L$2530 will sell for around $10, you might want to wait until you have a rather larger amount to sell and cash out, since it will cost a $1, whether you are cashing out  $10 or $500.

The minimum process-credit amount allowed is $10, plus any fees.

 

when you have $ 10 you will get billed for $ 1 ... so if this quote is correct  you need $ 11

2530L$ aren't worth cashing out in my humble opinion.
