I think you mean the Blake Sea.  Open your main map and enter "Heckendorf" in the region search box.  From there, scan south and east a few sims and you'll be looking at the Blake Sea regions.

Blake Sea? The Blake Sea is east of the continents of Satori and Nautilus. Search the map for sims with Fanci Deep or Blake in the name of the sim. The Blake area contains both many Linden Lab ocean sims, and many private sailing type sims (and some mermaid areas).
