Surrounding Avatars and surroundings are grey and blocky

That's a new feature tied to the avatar complexity, a number you can set under preferences/graphics then hit the advanced button. It's under the Avatar setting. Any avi that their complexity is higher than that number will render as an all gray look. In other viewers it can be different colors but still all one color. If you increase that number, they'll render properly. It's a solution for those that have problems with rendering because of older graphics cards.
