It's almost certainly not a problem in the kiosks. A lot of Premium members have been using those since the new gifts became available, and they have been successful.  That error message usually means that the client's computer -- yours, in this case -- has an out of date certificate and therefore cannot complete a connection with the server it is trying to address.  Are you by any chance still using Windows XP, perhaps?  That operating system is no longer supported by either Microsoft or Linden Lab, so its certificate is out of date.  If not XP, then I suspect that you are using another operating system that needs to be updated.

If I have guessed wrong, we might get closer to the right answer if you could provide informmation about your computer.  Next time you log in, click the Help menu at the top of your screen and then the About Second Life menu selection in it.  There is a button that you can use to copy all of the information on that screen directly to your Clipboard. To provide that information here, click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question, select EDIT, and paste the information from your Clipboard. Please do not start a new thread. Doing that makes it hard for us to see what other people have already suggested, and it pushes other residents' questions off the page.
