New RP System With XP Etc

I'm looking for someone who is able to script an roleplay system for me.

The basic idea is that you rez what i call a "factory" which then produces certains parts for you as a certain timeframe (like 1 part every few days) which then can later be put together using a machine. all of the factory and machine objects require certain amount of xp to be used.

Price and permissions will be discussed inworld.
