I have filed several tickets and my issue I still is not solved

account issues are normally solved pretty quickly, my experience is you get a email form support asking for answers/prove of identity. You can see those also in your ticket history. If they don't hear from you, case will be closed.

Perhaps those went in your spam?... NB you have to use a guest email to contact them for that account or it will be send to the wrong one.

Melondy,

When you prepare a Problem Ticket, you will add a valid email address to the description to aid in further communication. You have to use the forgot everything option. You'll not be doing the automated recovery. Be prepared to send real world information to LL so they can verify that the account is yours. If for some reason you did not use real world info when creating the account it will not be returned to you since there is no way to verify you as the creator.
