Looking for Asian Space...

Looking for land (sale or rental) in or around an Asian themed area. My partner and I are looking to develop our own okiya/mini hanamachi, but we don't have a big budget. (The rental okiya in Miyagawa-cho is too expensive, Kaede is dead and my partner {who is also my financial backer} doesn't want to put down roots in a pre-existing hanamachi.)

Any suggestions are welcome.

Hi, you might want to take a look at the mainland sim Wakeley where there is "Free Tibet," with a Tibetan monastery and Asian builds but not strictly in theme.

There is land for sale on the waterfront there and I have rentals as well of different sizes.
