I have assign my credit card to account, but I can't buy lindens. it says that I haven't assign

Hello. I have a problem with buying lindens. I can't buy them, it says that I haven't assign my credit card to account. But I did it. More than that I uploaded meshes, I want open store on marketplace but it's impossible without payment info you know. I tried to assign it again but nothing. I got an error. What can I do? Thank you
