Does your computer meet the system requirements for Second Life? Are you on a wifi connection (I hope not)? Have you rebooted your router and modem recently? Have you recently upgraded to Windows 10 (Uh-oh)?
As you may remember from reading the TOS, "4.4 Linden Lab does not accept returns or provide refunds of any amounts paid for products or services purchased from Linden Lab." So it's worth tracking down where the problem is with your installation. If you want to provide extra information or need to clarify your question, click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT. Please do not start a new thread. Doing that makes it hard for us to see what other people have already suggested, and it pushes other residents' questions off the page.
