You'd have to take this up with the folks at nathomcenter.com

Quite a few businesses and schools block access to diversions such as SL, there's nothing Linden Lab can do about that.

I believe you can connect to SL indirectly through a proxy server, though that'll probably involve paying for a service. Here's one I found by Googling "second life vpn"...
