No. The 512 count only towards Mainland that you _own_. If anyone else other than Linden Lab is your landlord, your bonus does not count (because you are paying the landlort, who owns the land you live on).

Yes, if you bought it on the Mainland (not in a private estate) and if you are not already using your Premium land fee waiver for anything else (like a Linden Home, for example).

To be quite correct, of course, Linden Lab is not going to pay your monthly fees.  You have done that already.  It's included your Premium membership, so you paid for it when you paid your annual membership fees.

LL won't pay your PURCHASE fee, that is paid by you to the current owner when you click the "Buy Land" button in About Land.

However, your Premium membership DOES include free monthly tier on up to 512 square meters of Mainland, so yes, LL will "pay" your tier.  This assumes you do not own any other Mainland or a Linden Home.

i want to add to all correct other answers ....

if you buy at mainland LL will indeed not come to get the monthly tier fee.

BUT

when you buy at privat estate you will have to pay the owner rent, weelkly or monthly, the free 512 sqm does NOT apply on privatly owned sims.
