I have a small cube of land right in the middle of my linden propety that is owned by linden labs, it means that i cannot place anything there as when you walk over it you become invisible and cannot hear anything that happens, as it is not for sale I am unable to purchase it to add it to my parcel.

Land doesn't come in cubes, so I'm a little puzzled.  Do you have a cube -- a prim -- or are you actually talking about land?  If it's a prim, just return it.  If you're really talking about a separate parcel, right in the middle of yours, you should call Live Chat and get their help in resolving the problem.

i think you mean a little seperate piece of land, 4x4 meters

Contact support if it's in the middle of yours, that's a mistake.

If you have a small parcel in the middle of yours and it is owned by Gov. Linden, fill out a support ticket to initiate a purchase. You'll give them the location and state that your land surrounds it and it's Linden land. Usually just takes a few days for a Linden to come and set it for sale to you....and yes, you will have to buy it. LL usually charges 1L per sq meter.
