Your region owner has all the tools s/he should need, unless you happen to be on the Mainland.  A region owner can temporarily disable all scripts to kill the rezzer/replicator and then search to find the objects, make detailed photos and gather owner information, submit ARs to Linden Lab, and delete them.  If you're on a Mainland region, you may need to contact Live Chat and ask them to send a Lab tech out to do the cleanup.
