I imagine that you have checked to be sure that your payment information is up to date, maybe even deleted it and re-rentered the information just to be sure.  I also assume that you are not trying to buy land on the Mainland unless you are a Premium member.  You can buy land in private estates if you are a Basic member.  If you've double checked those things and still have problems, give the Linden L:ab billing office a call to see if there's something odd about your account.   It's a free call, and they are nice people.  If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers at any time 24/7:
