If you are sending a gift from Marketplace, follow these instructions >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Shopping-in-the-Second-Life-Marketplace/ta-p/700189#Section_.1.3.2 . If you are planning to give a gift that is already in your own inventory, it must have transfer permissions.
