The .bvh file (pose in DAZ3) will not upload into SL cuz of No anim initiation. What's wrong?

I've created the .bvh pose in DAZ3.  When I go to upload in SL  there is an error that the animation did not initiate.  It wasnt an animation but rather a first attempt at creating a simple pose.

A pose is just an animation with no movement.  Create a 30 second animation in Poser with the same start and end keyframes.  Save and upload.
