I'm not getting a Confirmtion Mail when I paid for membership for the first time what gives?

When your Premium Membership has been paid you don't get an email message about it. You can find that transaction in your Account History/Statements page. Choose the billing month to review and the transaction will look something like this:
As you can see my Annual Membership Fee is highlighted in yellow:
Afterwards go to your Premium Membership Dashboard page and you'll see all your membership options ready for you to configure and to be explained to you.
