none...or all .... depends totally on the wish of the simowner.

It has nothing to do with maturity levels.

Just don't use tummytalkers or such things...chance to be ejected rises to 99%

There is no rule.

The whole pregnancy-thing is nothing LL has ever made any rule about for their regions. If you encounter any rule regarding pregnancy, its one made by the sim owner (or the owner of the venue on the sim, that you visit).

Just keep in mind that others might not be as joyful about the pregnancy experiance as you are. Many do not like to become unasked participants in your roleplay and talking objects that spam the chat with their messages might get you teleported home.
