How long do i have to wait before i can upload to test grid ?

It's sometimes not much of a wait at all, but it can take several days.  The beta grid (Aditi) is Linden Lab's test grid.  They let residents use it, with the understanding that access and reliability may vary if they are doing testing and have to shut it down for a while.  It may help if you change your password and wait 24 hours.  When you do that, an automatic process is supposed to resync your inventory on each grid once a day and update your access permissions.

Remember also that you will need to pass the IP test on Aditi -- the same one that you took on Agni --  if you intend to upload mesh models.
