How do I place a help wanted ad

Opening a new rock club in SL and I need host/hostesses and DJs,

That's what the InWorld Employment forum is there for.

Besides the forum Rolig mentions, you can post a Classified ad via your Profile.  Use the Employment sub-category.  Posting in the forum is free, but you will have to pay for your Classified.  The more you pay, the higher the rank in the listings.  The ad will automatically renew, and you'll be charged for it each week that it runs, so be sure to take it down when you don't need it any more.
