Is there any billing server issue up regarding Prepaid Paypal Card? Since yesterday, I can't buy L$.

I recently registered the payment through PayPal Prepaid card as my main method, and charged this card with a given amount in US$.

In two occasions, I was able to properly buy L$ through the site. As the PayPal prepaid card shows, I have a total of US$ remaining available to be used.

However, since yesterday (Dec 1st), I'm being completely unable to buy L$, even while the chosen amount does not exceed these amount in may PayPal Prepaid Card wallet. Be it while trying to buy from the site's LindeX page, or when trying to buy specific items through Marketplace there is always this recurring error of ''There was a problem charging your payment method.''

I already erased and re-entered the same payment method, to no avail. I'm unable to charge any L$ amount, when having everything settled for it and working on previous purchases.

What can I do? :matte-motes-confused:

-EDIT: Regarding the first answer, my billing information was verified and the PayPal Prepaid Debit card realized 2 successful transactions; I have a registered payment method as such. 

It was after this maintenance of Dec 1st this problem started.. What could have happened?

what you can do is add a decent and real credit card.

Debit cards are not working that well with LL systems. That you registered it at Paypal doesn't verify your account, only a on name card /bank account verifies it.
