It's not feasible to examine each and every type. You will have to compare your options with the methods that LL already accept.

these CREDIT cards are accepted .. prepaid and gift cards at your own risk ... chance of being denied 95%, just a few will work..and possible even randomly, now they do and tomorrow not

Essentially none.  Do not try to use a prepaid or gift card in SL.  Until mid-summer 2015, when Linden Lab updated its credit processing service, it was possible to find some prepaid cards that work.  Now, very few do, and they are not likely to work consistently.  Get a real credit card or use your PayPal or Skrill account.
