I am the founder of a group and it kicked me out and my co-owner cant readd me but its says i am in the group still but wont let me acess i some hoe locked myself out of my own group and cant take it back over

If you are an Owner of a group NOBODY can kick you out.  You have to resign.  If you do resign you lose all control over it, even if you were the founder.

If the group page says you are still an Owner yet you can't do anything with the group, you or the group has  a technical problem and need to file a support ticket.
