Is there a way to change Account names or tansfer all my goods to a diffrent name?

No.  You can of course open a second account -- an alt -- and transfer any items that you have transfer permissions on.  You cannot transfer NoTransfer items, however, and you can never change your account name.  Your account name and UUID are unique identifiers, just like your Social Security number in  RL.  They are yours forever.

Whether you decide to open a second account or not, an alt can be very handy, especially if you want to be able to log in without letting all your friends know.  It's a good way to get some peace and quiet.  Alts also make good building partners.  They can test objects to be sure that you have put the right permissions on them, for example.

If you decide not to open a second account, you may still want to use a Display name.  Among friends, that's how most people will know you anyway.
